From my bed, I look at a picture of rabbits in a hilly landscape. I am two; Nothing exists yet. The longer I stare, the rabbits start to dance across the field—wow. My reality starts here, with the rabbits, in my bed, in my room, where everything is magic.

“Retrograde” refers to magic, imagination, and optimism. A “thank you” to storybooks and stuffed animals, childhood best friends, and the type of light and love that never goes away, no matter where you go, or how old you get.

Look embodies creative philosophy, and is a “full-circle” moment. How would your childhood-self feel about your greatest accomplishments?
Take a glance in the mirror might reveal who you were and who you always will be.
Meet the Designer

Whether I’m designing, writing, styling or directing, the story I share through fashion is my bottom line. Through designing, I strive to weave dynamic, personal narratives through powerful storytelling. I love tying in secret messages, symbolism, and references to personal and cultural zeitgeists. Behind each collection is an emotional foundation, and a desire to be seen, heard, and understood. I believe fashion is reflective of not only the individual’s experience, but culture, politics, and society as a whole, and I fell in love with it because it shares stories and messaging that change me for the better. My biggest career goal is to use fashion as a mass cultural catalyst. Simply, fashion is about us. To make us *gestures broadly*, in any capacity, feel better, stronger, more curious, more us, through fashion—that is my biggest drive to create.
