Secretions

In this collection, I was inspired by the feelings of alienation, avoidance, and deception in an intimate relationship. People always tend to focus on their sensory experience, and they tend to ignore the emotional connection. We can receive and transmit information through our senses, meanwhile, it can also disguise our true feelings. Real love is like an invisible pull to connect to each other. It is destined, not triggered by our five senses.

Bubble shape top, long-sleeved bodysuit with designed graphic pattern. I always think that if people do not have sense organs, how would they communicate with each other? As we know, human existence is the unity of body, mind, and sociality. Will humans evolve a new biological system to adapt to these circumstances?

I was inspired by the feelings of alienation, avoidance, and deception in an intimate relationship.

Red and black double-layer skirt. Black silk chiffon mermaid dress and red petticoat. In order to get the idea of garment construction, I searched different statues of cell fusion and cell division, which is similar to "secretions" mixed together.

The left one designed with a large flower-shaped pillow hat; long-sleeved jumpsuit in graphic pattern. Through the exploration of 2D and 3D, the outline of garments was created by a spatial sense.

Details of bodysuit and top pieces

For this collection, I want to build a connection between art and fashion and be able to ensure that the clothes can give the impression of a life organism to the wearers or viewers. Each of them has its own physical properties.

Bottom includes red and black double-layered skirt. Black silk chiffon mermaid dress. Red petticoat inside.
